Olivier VIBERT

A partner registered with the Paris Bar association, Olivier advises and litigates on behalf of French and international clients. Olivier joined KBESTAN in March 2024 to offer clients his expertise in commercial contracts and litigation.

He works in commercial law, commercial contracts (banking, transport, international contracts), competition law and also sports and media contracts.

Olivier has chaired the Eurojuris international network since 2019, a network of 500 law firms and 6,000 lawyers.

Olivier provides training in banking law at EFE ABILWAYS, including:

• Practice of banking law

• Surety bonds, letters of intent and first demand guarantees

Olivier graduated with a DESS (Master 2 ) in E-commerce Law and Practice from Paris V University in 2003.
