Tax law and company law

A founding partner of KBESTAN and practising as a lawyer since January 2000, Marc advises and assists his clients in the areas of tax law and company law.

Marc holds a legal specialisation in tax law.

Marc graduated with a DESS in Business Law – Diploma in Business Legal Advice ( Diplôme des jurists d’affaires – DJCE) from CAEN in June 1999 (specialising in tax law) and a DEA in Business Law and Taxation from the Faculty of Law of Rennes in 1996.

Marc teaches tax law in the Master 2 programme at the Faculty of Caen and co-hosts current affairs sessions on tax law as part of the continuing professional development programme for lawyers in north-western France (IXAD).

Marc is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux – Institute of Tax Lawyers).
